Stepping out of a comfortable routine with a yoga workshop can help you appreciate your practice all over again. Scheduled like mini-trainings, immersion workshops encompass a variety of activities along with teachings about alignment, anatomy and yoga philosophy.

FREE Foundations of Yoga Class & Teacher Training Information Session
A steady and consistent yoga practice will help you build strength, flexibility, balance, focus and inner peace.
Learn the basics of safe alignment for the most common yoga poses starting with Tadasana (Mountain Pose), the "blue print" posture for all other poses. I will continue with a break down of Sun Salutation A; anatomy, purpose and benefits, breath connection, movement dynamics and how to properly modify postures based on the needs of your own body. Truly experience the hows and whys of each movement so you both know and feel the benefits in your body. Experience what a sun salutation is designed to do for your body and mind so that you get the most out of your practice.
Learn to flow guided by your breath and discover the peace that comes with the focused mind. The asana (posture) portion of this workshop will conclude with a guided meditation. I will then share the benefits of taking your practice to the next level with Yoga Teacher Training. Whether it is your desire to teach or simply deepen your understanding of yoga and it's philosophy, my upcoming training is for you. Self discovery, an awakened practice of yoga asana, meditation, breath techniques, mantra and mudra (energy connection) will profoundly shift your experience with yoga on and off the mat.
