Private Yoga Sessions

Traditionally, one teacher taught yoga to one student. Private yoga lessons are an opportunity for an individualized yoga experience that meets your needs as a student. Whether you are new to yoga, want to deepen your current practice or need some assistance working with an injury or a specific goal (mental, emotional, spiritual, or physical), private instruction allows for a more intimate view of your practice guided by a skilled instructor. Please contact me to schedule an appointment.

Vinyasa or Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga commonly referred to as Flow, is a subset of Hatha yoga that is distinguished by its fluid transitions and movement through a series of carefully planned poses. The literal translation of vinyasa is “to place in a special way.” Each class may have a different focus in the body, but you can count on traditional Sun Salutations and coordinating your breath with mindful movement.

Yoga Therapy Ball

This is a self-care focused class. A therapeutic class that combines yoga poses with corrective movement and self-massage. Therapy balls are used to unlock myofascial restrictions, improve body awareness and de-stress.

Yin Yoga

Yin is a slow paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time often with the use of props. Deep stretches are held to apply moderate stress to the connective tissues - the tendons, fascia, and ligaments - with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility, as well as inviting more meditative qualities to the mind.
